How to use a Nasule

  • Gently blow your nose

  • Detach one Nasule from the strip

  • While holding the Nasule horizontally by the tab, flick to mix contents.

  • Open the Nasule by twisting and removing the top tab

You will need to get into one of the following positions:

Postion A

Kneel on the floor, bend forward and rest the top of your head on the floor. OR

Position B

Sit or stand. Bend forward until you head is at knee level.

Position C

Lie on your back on a bed with your head tilted backwards over the edge, then, rest your head sideways on the bed as soon as possible.

Gently squeeze, delivering about half the dose (6 drops). Transfer the Nasule to other nostril and squeeze to deliver remaining drops.

Remember: One Nasule holds enough drops for use in both nostrils

This advice should be used in association with the patient information leaflet in the pack.
