About Us > Mission Statement

Aims

Our philosophy is to provide expert personalised health care to our patients in a comfortable, relaxed and unhurried environment, in a manner which provides the highest quality of care at all times and is in line with current evidence based practice.

We aim to provide a quality-driven service to patients undergoing examinations and investigations in private and fully equipped consulting rooms. At the initial visit, all patients undergo a full assessment to ensure that any proposed treatment is appropriate for the patient and for the practice to undertake. Patients are fully informed of their options for treatments and where appropriate, consent is obtained prior to any form of treatment.

Objectives

• To provide appropriate space and equipment to meet any regulations relating to the Health and Safety at Work Etc Act 1974 and all subsequent instrument

• To fulfil all requirements of the Care Standards Act 2000 (as amended by the Health and Social Care Act 2003), the Private and Voluntary Healthcare (England) Regulations 2001 and the Healthcare Commission.

• To provide qualified staff to undertake or assist with the tests or procedures provided by ENT at 150 Ltd.

• To provide a friendly and caring environment to all the patients and their relatives who need to use the facilities provided by ENT at 150 Ltd.

Our objective is to provide all patients with an outcome consistent with current best practice guidelines and consistent with their expectations. To assist in achieving this, we provide written information to all patients regarding their care as well as discussing individual requirements. We ask our patients to complete a Patient Satisfaction Survey, so that we can continually monitor the care we provide. We actively encourage our patients to comment on the manner in which they have been cared for, so that any issues may be addressed immediately.
